I live and train in French.. and even in french I'm just learning the vocabulary..

What's the best URL to learn the vocabulary that all you guys are using?

Google-imaging on terms like "Dead lift" and "good morning lifts" works.. I find lots of URLs which cover a few moves, but I'm looking for one that really has alot.

Any Suggestions?

Here's a good one... Click here

You can click on a bodypart or enter the name of the exercise further down on the page.

I think JP is planning on adding exercises to this site, so look for that in the near future

There are still two of my exercises I can't find but they're more specific to x-c skiing..

3) Standing on left leg slightly bent, leaning slightly forwords, with 8 lb ankle weights right leg, I bend my right leg to bring my right knee in front of me and then extend my leg diagonally to the back, my foot is then about 12 " from the ground.

** really no idea what to call that one. My trainer just calls it the "skiier"

5) pulls on Freedom Trainer with the apparatus' metal arms at mid-thigh level in front of me (E7), I pull straight-armed down and back and so in the end my hands are behind me .

** like the "double-pole-push" in x-c skiing

.oO(maybe I'll call them "skiier" and "équivalent to double-pole-push" and mention that they are described at the begining of my log..)

any suggestions for these 2 exercises?

Explode!

Alright, that last one was a joke, but I just had to bring it up. You can also try exrx.net's exercise listing.
