Default Hard to breathe???

I have been doing NROL and I have been having a problem when I am doing either standing dumbbell press and barbell overhead press. It is almost like I cant breathe. I don't know what it is???? For example I was doing over head standing dumbbell overhead press with 40 lb Dumbbells and I was at about rep four when I had a hard time breathing.

I'll be interested in hearing the responses. I have a similar problem with anything that goes directly over head. I can do inclines just fine, but the over-the-head stuff I'm just really weak and have a hard time breathing.

Brian.
