Hey guys - A few of the fitness retreat attendees emailed me personally to inquire about JB stuff. So I figured Id post here so that I don't have to answer the same question a dozen times.
First of all - YES - I will be bringing JB stuff. I will have, on hand, hard copies of the Gourmet Nutrition Book, Scrawny to Brawny Books, and No Nonsense Nutrition DVDs.
For attendees, the prices will be ridiculously low. This is just another perk for coming out! JP wanted the best for you guys and I'm glad to accomodate.
Perhaps you guys can give me an idea of which products you'd most like to pick up so that I don't bring too much or leave too much at home.

I'm pondering one of the spiral bound Gourmet Nutrition as a companion to my already purchased S2B.

Ah CRAP! Hey, some of us CAN'T come and have already paid full price for some of these. How 'bout lunch at the Cactus Cafe... on you?
(even celebriites aren't immune from a little goading, right!?!)

I specifically took protein bars off the menu once I knew the two recipe creators would be coming
However,
Chera and I just got back from a trip to the store...we'll have snacks for you guys...and despite our teasing in the other thread, you'll probably eat MOST and just be tempted by the rest.
PS I would like a printed Gourmet Nutrition book if you sell to girls

well the first thing i'm going to do is test their rigidity up against the side of your head. if they withstand that test, then i'll take them to the bench for some warm-up sets.

As a satisfied Berardi customer I would definitely buy Gourmet Nutrition. The book is awesome. I have the e-book version and amazing. It's helped me to get rid of some of the crap thats in my house and replace it with the good stuff.
I highly recommend it.

I'm so pissed that I'm not able to attend. I would love to get a copy of the GN book. If somebody would be willing to pick me up one I will send a check for the cost & shipping.

Q., you know you snapped that photo to make it look like a spanking, while in reality it was a slow, deep rub. Fear the wrath of Erika, lol.
