I'm still impressed as hell, but a few of those weren't really pushups.

Let's keep it in context. The woman is 67 yrs of age. When you hit 67, lets see if you can knock out 30 in perfect form.

I think age is just a number. That's just what I believe. It's all about what kind of shape you are in. I heard about an older guy (forgot how old he is, probably 50's or 60's) that went back to college to finish his last year of elgilibility in football. I know that the older you are, it is harder to stay in shape and improve (you got to do a lot more work to stay in the shape you are in). Also look at Laura Burg... she is still on the USA softball team and is still one of the best 20 softball players in the US.

I bet Mahler will still be doing his 50 push-ups every night at 67 years old

So? She's only 33. I would think that with proper training and heart, she could keep at it until her 40s, just like Nolan Ryan.

PS: It's spelled Berg.

Hell, I'm not even as strong as a 79 year old lady. My grandmother is a lot stronger than I am.

I am impressed, glad to see that some of our seniors are starting to reap the benefits of regular exercise.
