I was doing concentration curls the other day, and now my elbow feels very very sore, only hurts when I fully extend my arm. Is this something that I should have looked at or is it a common injury that works itself out? The pain is right on the joint of the elbow. Feels really tender when I push there. Thanks for any info on the matter.

Cool

Mr. Bill... It is common and it will work itself out eventually, but here are a few things you can do in the meantime to speed things up. Take an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofin, and ice that elbow for a few days. Also, lay off the preachers for a couple of weeks. I used to get that all the time. I rarely do it anymore for that reason alone. Don't really miss them either. They aren't all that special in the grand scheme of arm development.
