Default Update on my Weights Class

Well, apparantly they have us on a routine, which we have to follow, but it's not too bad, so I'm following it.

Mon-A
Tues-B
Wed-Conditioning
Thurs-A
Friday-B

A=Upper Body
B= Lower Body

A Days
-Bench Press 8x3
-Skull Crushers
Bicep Curl 3x8
-Pull-Up
Shrugs 2x6
-Back Extension
Military Press 2x6

B Days
-Power Clean 3x4
-Squat 8,6,4,2
-RDL's 3x12
-Step-Ups
Calf Raise 3x12
-Leg Curl
Lunge 2x6

This is the weights class I am taking at school because during Tennis it is hard to get to the gym after practice (which is until 6).

And yea, I'm going to do some 1 Arm DB rows while the coaches aren't looking tomorrow, I noticed the lack of horizontal pulling too.

It's unfortunate some coaches/teachers still like isolation work. The bicep curls can be incorporated into a larger movement, such as a lunge. You could even do as Alwyn does and make it a lunge with over head press, which will definitely work the biceps, triceps and deltoids.

Since this is a class, why not ask about why they aren't there? Everyone is there to learn, and perhaps the coach can offer an explanation or perhaps correct the problem. Could be a simple oversight.
