Training Footwear?

I'm in search for a new pair of workout shoes. I'd prefer something that I can power train in, as well as coach my speed and agility sessions without any problem demonstrating any activities....

...What's everyone wearing? Any specific recommendations?

For lifting I use Chuck Taylors.

For training clients, I wear either Frees or Zoom Tr. But I do have a pair of Adidas 4.3 in the mail.
