I'm currently in my last week of this program
TESTOSTERONE NATION by Waterbury. It's been perhaps the most enjoyable program that I've done (the only thing I missed are deadlifts). I've kept up with the 2.5% load increase each week, while managing to drop about 5 lbs of body weight.
I can tell that I need this next week off, which leads to my question. After my week off, I'll have about 3 weeks until we move. Once we get in to the moving, I'll probably go to bodyweight stuff for a while.
Does anyone have a suggestion for a good strength program that I could do for 3 weeks?
