Couldn't find anything in the search.
Have any of you heard or read his books? I found this old book while looking through my closet. I did his routine of ramping up to and pushing the acute overtraining zone before backing off and then ramping it back up again with renewed intensity.

At the time I did it, I was ignorant of the power of Massive Eating (nod to Berardi) but now that I understand I looked at the book in a new light.

My question basically is for those that have read or maybe even know of him on a professional level. All of our experts here.... what is your opinion of Mr. Costa and his books?
