Default Strength Coach Podcast

I never saw anyone post anything here about it, but Perform Better sponsors a great podcast hosted by Anthony Renna through Mike Boyle's Strengthcoach.com. The podcast is free (you can get it through iTunes or via direct download, or you can even listen online) and PROFESSIONAL (not a lot of excess chitter chatter that is so common these days). Mike Boyle usually has a segment. Anthony also usually interviews a strength coach (he's had on Dana Cavalea the Yankees' strength coach, Brijesh Patel, Eric Cressey, Dos, etc.) and someone from Perform Better will talk about various types of equipment. Gray Cook usually has a segment (from which I have learned something every single time). There's a nutrition tip (from various nutrition guys like Mike Roussell, John Berardi, and Amanda Carlson).

I think it is well done. My only complaint is that some of the audio is not great quality, but the content is second to none. I've been listening in the car on weekends when I am working. I've been meaning to post about it here. Check it out ...

Me too. I've still got a few to listen to, but Gray Cook's segment is always interesting.

Some good listening, one question can you download it as an mp3 for later playback?

Great, another podcast to listen to... I swear I rarely use my Ipod for music anymore - it's mostly for podcasts.

I take it that this is considered quality fitness information?

If so, perhaps I should add a fitness podcast the the business ones I currently subscribe to. One has to do something to kill time driving around North Dakota!

Good content and production, alot of the podcasts I have listened to sound like a highschool project, but this has a good flow. They should get it posted under Podcasts in iTunes for people that want to download it to their mp3 or computer for a later listen... seems like you can only play the episodes on the page or download them one by one by saving the link to your computer, which is pretty time consuming.

It is on iTunes ... Anthony just doesn't have that up on the website for some reason ...
