We have a scholarship athlete on our track team, Sam. Very nice guy, but a monster of a human being. About 6'4", 290.

Tonight, I witnessed Sam Clean and Jerk 190 kilos...that is FOUR HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN POUNDS, which is currently good for SECOND HIGHEST in the country! His Snatch weight is 145 kilos, or 319 pounds. His total puts him THIRD in the COUNTRY. And he does this to supplement his track events. If he decides to join the Olympic team that we have and practices daily, he could make the US Olympic team. That's no lie.

Here's the real kicker: he's got major flaws in his form...if he figures those out, he could add another 10-15 kilo (22-33 pounds) onto his C & J. Easily.

I LOVE my job!!!

Yep, I'd stay on his good side or he might be tempted to do this ->

Good to see you describing those lifts in real money!

Now if I could just figure out what a clean and press is I'll be impressed....

Ps What the the hell are you doing wasting time with him when you've got a ladies soccer team to play with?
