I have been working out for the past 1year.My workout included, wt training 5/wk and cardio2-3times/wk I have had some
occasional weakness and buckling in my Left knee for about 4yrs now, which I had ignored.Recently I had a MRI done and found out about a medial meniscal posterior horn tear.I am not sure when to start with the gym again.Will I ever be able to jog and do lower extremity weight training. Please advice !Thanks!!
