It's mostly Qassams from Gaza, though they have Katyushas now. The Katyushas mostly came from S. Lebanon and may have the range to hit Tel Aviv (CE digression alert----faint of heart please ignore)......I think Tel Aviv has a big hi-tech sector, so I'm guessing that's why the webmaster is visiting for 2 weeks.

I'm in, was out of country last year, but will be there this year. Finally after nursing a neck and back injury could be back on the workout bandwagon, and what better way to start. Also, Mahler, are there going to be any can't afford it seats donated this year? I would be willing to donate a few dollars to the cause.

By the way, JP, am I understanding hotel will be included in price, or that you are getting a discount at a certain hotel. If it is included, will the seats be cheaper for locals?

The hotel is extra JJ - I believe it's a very cheap rate again this year (not that it matters to you as an Arkansian)

jj,
I was planning, as usual, to offer the Mahlership, but have held off until the price is set and the official announcement is posted on the site. I have about $65 left and in the kitty from last year and will add to that to sponsor someone.

What's the word on the schedule? Both the actual event and the events before/after? I'm trying to plan my days off and don't want to miss any of the fun.

As am I, it's been an ongoing battle to get my managers to agree to give me leave. Flying in from Europe just makes the whole thing a little trickier, I’d like to see some more of the states and so any info is much appreciated.

I'd like to be getting in Thursday morning and stay over in LR until the Monday afternoon, hopefully people will hang around like last year

Waiting to book my flight until I know the full schedule and price.. I may fly in early and or fly out late just to "hang out" with folks. JP, do we get a "free-trial" membership at your gym while we are there?

Don't won't Gobbla to get any extra workouts on any of the challengers, since he is "pussing out" on the Summit

Bacardio, JP lets all summit attendees use his gym while in LR. He usually holds the sessions in the conference room next door and some of the hands-on demonstrations are conducted in the gym facility.

Sweet!!! Nothing like playing the mental game against the other fitness challengers, and showing them that 2nd place is all that I am leaving for them.

From the progress made, you're certainly in contention for the 1st spot. 3 months to go however

I hear LR is a great family vacation destination. You could demonstrate one-handed child juggling.

I was more thinking of a one-hand snatch of a small child. But the juggling would be impressive.

I'm not sure my family would like me in sessions all day while they are touring around . . . then again . ..

I never make any reservations until it's official. So, if I can't get a reasonable flight, I'm out for the first time ever. That's just the way of it.

Sheet, John, I understand that these days, the longer you wait, the more expensive it gets. And fares have already gone up, I believe.
