Joel Marion recently posted a workout protocol, "Stripped Down Training," over at T-Nation. The program features workouts 5 days per week.
It prompted some interesting discussion at T-N. It sounds interesting and not unlike some of Chad Waterbury's workouts. Marion emphasizes the steps needed to aviod overtraining, but 5 days a week seems pretty intense.
Has anyone here tried SDT? Any thoughts or opinions about it?
