I've been waking up every morning around 6am to go jog. I start off by stretching the muscles, then by walking 1 lap before begining my jog. by then end of my 2nd mile my shins start killing me. I dont know if its the shoes or maybe my form but my shins are killing me.. any advise or suggestions that can help me?

Exactly how bad is the pain? How long have you been jogging on a regular basis? If you just started up again recently then I wouldn't worry about it. If you have been jogging for quite a spell now, you will want to see a physician because you may have shin splints.
