Are people that aren't going to be able to go to your seminar going to be able to purchase the DVD you and Alwyn are putting together?

That is an awesome lineup of coaches you have coming. I would love to go, but that is the first weekend after finals and I have a camping trip with several friends planned where exercise defiantly won't be on our minds.

We hope so -- we videoed it last week.

BTW - I did ALL the 80 or so exercises because Dos is a lazy bastard [img]smile.gif[/img]

And then he stole all my exercises and used them with his football team (some of who come to my gym and now want my blood )

I think we will have the DVD of all of the exercises along with our powerpoint presentation (on the DVD as well) for sale at the event. Ask Alwyn about prices etc. He's the "marketing guy", I'm the one that works for a living.

BTW, the "athletic" looking model on the DVD would be me....Cosgrove does, however, come up with some bitchin' shit though (did i just write Bitchin'?!) [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Yes you did. And I will never forget it. In fact I will be having t-shirts made!

YOU!? I did one stupid set of those frickin Bulgarian single lead JUMP deadlifts with 65lbs. and almost shit myself!
