Fitness Podcasts
Anyone out there found any good weekly podcasts on fitness training and health?
I love the info I get on this forum but spend alot of time away from the internet - especially commuting to work with my mp3 player and would love to listen to some great health and fitness programs. I have subscribed to a few in iTunes but am generally disappointed in either the content or the production quality.
It would be cool if programs like NROL, etc. backed up there books with a weekly podcast geared towards people doing their programs. Audiences are increasingly moving to these forms of media but I find the content isn't keeping up... would love to hear if anyone has found anything along these lines worth subscribing to.
