Apparently my body must remember what it's like to be in shape because as soon as I started working out again and eating right it's responded. It's been 3 weeks yesterday (5/6) and I've dropped approx. 7-8lbs and at least an inch off the waist. Looks like I'm well on my way to my goal. Basically, back to a 29-30" waist (from a 34) and to lose about 25lbs (from 198) and finally to be happy looking in the mirror again and not be embarassed to take my shirt off.
