Default Push/ Pull routine

What is a good idea for a push/pull routine?? What would be good excerises to incorporate for each workout as well??? I just want to do something inbetween NROL sections.

Not sure what you mean. Why do something in between? Why aren't you just going into the next section?

I'm wondering about the inbetween too. You're only supposed to take 1-2 weeks off. Not long enough to make anything else worthwhile and in addition, it'll keep the pressure on the tendons, ligiments and cartilage.

The idea of the rest is to let these bits repair and recover.

Take a break. Go skating if the ice isn't too thin. Go skiiing otherwise.

If you look at the NROL routines (H- I and II), they really are nothing but classic push/ pull disguised as supersets. Enjoy the built in rest periods and move on to the next phase. Your body will thank you for it later.

Take the week off.

Or just do some foam rolling, static stretching, and get outside. Your body will thank you.
