Unhappy

Okay, y'all can blast me for all the times that I've done this, too, but I was just noticing that the list of posts on my screen under the Training Discussion area were as follows:
- a contest for the retreat
- a son wanting to help his 47 y/o mother get fit
- fitness reading material
- question to newly certified trainers
- should I ditch my trainer?
- Oh My Gawd... another retreat post
- something about shaker bottles
- a good picture of JP on his Swiss ball
- Friday inspiration

Don't get me wrong, these are all fun to read but I found less training info or "training discussion" in there than I did other stuff. I'll admit to being a part of the problem although I try to keep my non-training comments in the O/T area... maybe not all the time. This is, without question, THE best fitness forum going but let's not lose our focus at least in this one section. Before I go to bed tonight, I promise to post one training related question/comment!!!

Good point Q, I have been thinking the same lately actually. I mean there are still tons of good posts, but I just feel like the "Training Discussion" has been kind of changing gears. like yourself, I will take some blame for this, I have started "check my pics" threads and such.

I will begin posting a lost more "training discussion", because now that I just finished my final, I will be starting to study for the NSCA-CPT.

COOL!!! As you study the material, I hope you will take the time to post interesting and relevant info that you come across. Best of luck!

What's this thread have to do with training?

Maybe we need an "Tangental to Training" topic.

Or, just post more actual training stuff, and the rest will get diluted.

... which I did. Of course, the more I respond to in this thread, the more I add to the "problem."
