Downloading NROL - JP Fitness Forums

i made this post in the NROL section too but it doesn't seem to be very active in that part of the forum.

Is there a place i can download/find the whole book online?

i have the excel spreadsheets for all the workouts but would like to read the book if anyone has access to it.

Use the link on the main page to Amazon and buy it. One of the authors is a frequent contributor here and could use the money to buy ice melt at Home depot this weekend.

There isn't a downloadable version available - I have searched high and low... not sure the market for it is there yet... or it is and they haven't caught up to us yet! It is worth the buy though and you can get it shipped to your door super fast these days.

There are. A few options were mentioned in the NROL sub-forum, but all of them were more expensive than the hardcover book.

There is the Kindle version, but you have to get a $400 kindle first.
