I could comment, but I'll leave that to others since there is no amount of sarcasm that could adequately express my opinion on this and other gimmicky contraptions

I know I'm sold.

We saw something like this being demonstrated at the JPFitness Summit in 2007. The best part was the babe that was sitting on it.

If this is referring to "whole body sonic vibration" then there is legitimate science behind it. Both Bill and BryanC have written about it, as well as Craig B.

I don't know how to tell you to shop the various companies that make them. I have tried FreeMotion's version (the iTonic) at my last summit and was pretty impressed with it. I definitely got a lot deeper stretches!

I would also like to point out that Verstegen has about 6 at his facility in Tempe. He has his football players doing drop squats on them, as well as push-ups and other various exercises and stretches.
