Default Hate Missing workouts

Hey Everyone, if anyone is like me and hate missing a workout do to something else. What is the best way to make up for it??? For example, I might be only able to lift three times this week, but the NROL workout calls for me to lift four times this week. What should I do. I have a very busy week, I have 2 Bio Exams, I am hearing Tony Dungy speak at my school, I have career fair in which I am going to try and get and intership for the summer and also I am going to the Body Exhibit on firday to cap it all off. What should I do???? I ABSOLUTLY HATE MISSING WORKOUTS, IT MAKES ME SORTA DEPRESSED. Any advice???

Dude, fuck midterms and your career. The gym is more important, duh! And who gives a shit about Tony Dungy and the Bodies exhibits??? People may say that these are once in a lifetime opportunities, but so is a workout. If you don't workout that one day, you'll never get to again on that day for the rest of your life.

just switch make it a 3 days wave instead of 4. It'll just take longer to complete it.

I wanted to go see Dungy Tuesday as well. Unfortunately I have a group class I teach on Tuesday and Thursdays.

You need to maintain a balance with all things in life. Some times you will not be able to work out as much as you like, just look at it as down time, an extra day for your body to recover!

Please tell me you caught the sarcasm. I have actually missed workouts for stuff that actually matters in life!

But sadly, I've heard kids say stuff like that in all seriousness.

Ask Tony what he thinks of people of a different sexual orientation.
