Canadian Bacon,
The good news is that there's no shortage of options. The bad news is that it will take forever to sort them all out.
The most popular strength system seems to be Westside.
http://www.elitefts.com for a lot of good articles.
You can also check out the FAQ page at
http://www.tmag.com
And do a search of t-mag for Christian T's "Different Destinations" article, Alessi's "Reactive Strength," Poliquin's "The 6-1 Principle," and anything by Dave Tate. That should give you plenty of reading to do. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of experience training specifically for strength (beyond 5x5 type stuff, some cluster sets, etc.) so I don't feel qualified to recommend a specific approach.
I hope this helps,
Jake
