I train hard doing heavy weights and low reps at the moment. But i find that at the end of my chest session i get on the bench one last time and push out as many reps as possible......when i do this it feels like i lose the pum from heavy weights......is what i am doin at the end of the session contradicting what my main purpose of being in the gym, getttin a heavy pump???
if anyone makes sense of what i said and has any feedback, that would be great......
