I've finally managed to complete all of my phase 1 tests & i've been looking at how my phase 1 routines should be compiled. The areas that i need to concentrate on are as follows:

Foot placement - 1
Trunk rotation - 1
Unanchored situp - 2
-----
4

I'm a little unsure as to whether i need to solely focus on my week points during this 2-3 week corrective phase, or if i just put more focus on these areas (while still working my other areas). Any help would be much appreciated.

Wow, that's a pretty low score... good for you! I think I had a 5 or 6... you don't have the internal rotation of the shoulders like I did, which is great.

I'd guess that you'd want to pick laregly from the "Core" category on p.92, and perhaps spend a good bit of your workouts executing the stretches (dyanmic and static). However, I wouldn't totally leave out any of the categories. They are used to correct imbalances here, but you'd only benefit from doing them. Especially the unilateral squats and deads... you don't want to skip those for the whole 4 weeks. Also, get at least one chest adn one back exercise in there. I guess treat it somewhat like a typical routine which covers all movements, but you're just spending more time on the areas where you got points.

Hoepfully Mike will pop up and give you a definite answer.

I've been doing another workout for the past 2.5 months by Mike M - Made To Order Muscle (from an old UK version of Mens Health). It looks like this balanced program has already helped to assist in the majority of imbalances that i had ready for S2B.

RockHard, thanks for your help.

You guys both got me beat. I was approaching double digits...

Here's a thread that should help you with your unanchored situps:

Rockhard, how many weeks have you been doing the corrective phase? Has it been effective for you?

Flexibility was my main issue, and it's improved quite a bit. I think I'll need to keep working on that throughout the entire program, though.

Phitz: I did the corrective phase for 3 weeks (MM said this was fine). I did the tests over again and judged significant improvement. Most important was the stretching I think. I really feel the difference while doing the exercises in Phase 2.

How much money do you all on the S2B plan spend per week on food. I spend 40-50 per week right now on food im not eating to cut or bulk i just eat a healthy ratio of complex carbs to lean meats and unsaturated fats until im full about every 3 hours.

I'm spending about $80-90, but I'm a damn good bargain hunter (you have to be around here... I swear only NY is more expensive), and have run across some really great sales on turkey patties, flax oil, etc. recently.
