Book of Muscle has been discussed fairly extensively in these forums. I'm beginning to wonder why you continue to start threads asking about this book and that DVD (at least a half-dozen so far) without providing any sense of having (a) researched the actual product beyond name recognition or (b) used the search function located at the top of each page here. Anyone can find success using any program, but your personal, individual goals will determine which program will help you best achieve those goals. Think about what you want to do with yourself, then research programs that focus on that, starting here.

I dont normally do premade workouts as i like to think for myself however will do ian king workouts due to the fact i like and trust his teachings.I only post to ask what are your personal results from the program and your likes/dislikes.I will make the decision for myself anyway but like to know peoples thoughts!
There are too many programs out there and far too much information,i tend to go on my own experiances and read alot however 50% of what i read is shit! Most of the stuff is just repeats/copys of what has already been said before. There is no set program, set amount of sets/reps as nobody actually knows for sure what will build muscle as everyone is differant that is why everyone gets differant results.
The reason i go onto forums is to find out what people have been doing in terms of training, what results they have got and what works best for them as i am a scientist.I speak plain works because simplicity works, and most stuff in terms of training is too complicated, and people dont actually think for themselves anymore.

I did the entire Intermediate and Advanced series over a year's time. It is a humbling experience, but made me stronger. I improved in all my major lifts.

Don't mind him, Beast... He's just venting because Danica got a restraining order against him.

The problem with not giving a shit is that you end up looking like someone not worth a whole lot of consideration, because, well, you don't give a shit.
Just my opinion.

Melissa before that, but it took longer to process because Nick can't read French, and who before that?
Nick is on the least wanted list of so many many celebs.

Thats ok i wont be posting much i tend to read more than anything,i only care about my training nobody elses anyway after all there are too many sheriffs in this town i wouldnt hold much ground anyway.I get the feeling unless you post alot and everyone knows you then you dont get a great welcome, besides i tend to disagree with people alot so i tend to be not liked alot which is fine really.
I dont believe in doing pre-made workouts all the time either i have read enough to realise there is 100 and 1 ways too train.I just use compound movements and train heavy,i like it simple thats it!I tend to read stuff by ian king only as i get results from him i never read anything from t-nation as it tends to be crap and also stuff that has been done before.
I hope my writing was shit so i dont disappoint
