Default Eating too Often?

I've been on the S2B program for a couple weeks now and I'm very happy that it seems to be working as I've put on some size without much fat. However....I do the best I can with my eating schedule but sometimes I cant eat at 2-3 hour intervals at work.....basically my meals are catching up to each other.....I was just wondering if eating 1 to 1.5 hours between some meals is too short of a time for my body to utilize the food effeciently any advice would help thanx

The exact timing shouldn't matter. The meal plan in the book is just a template to work with... Berardi recommends you stick to it to get to used to the eating plan and idea of what you need to be eating. After you understand the basics behind the food selections and bulk, you can alter with your timing and food selections.
