Default Hey Everyone

My name is Stephen Patterson and I am currently studying for my PhD in exercise physiology. I am investigating the effects of strength training on older people.

Have read the forum before but thought it would be a good idea to finally join.

I hope I will learn lots and pass on any info I find in my reasearch.

Welcome Steve. We're always excited to get someone with that kind of background in here. Looking forward to reading your contributions.

You may be interested in my training log. I started training at 52 and am now 59. Although I don't consider that "older" you might for your study.
