I don't waste my time and energy chewing through whole foods. Too much planning, too much time spent preparing the food, too much energy wasted chomping away.

Instead I take pretty much everything you see here. Twice a day.

Keeps me fresh, and my gains in the gym never stop. Also keeps me real lean; I have a twelve pack!

You are too much! Your posts in this thread are the funniest things I've read in a long time. I especially liked the 4 hour posing workout, just for the chicks on the treadmills.

Ending of sentences with prepositions is something up with I will not put! [apologies to Sir Winston]

Good grief, the grammar police have infiltrated the Training Forum

JP, you're in the South (sorta), so when that kind of question is asked, it's supposed to be "How many prepositions do you end sentences with, b!*ch?"

I think as long as we know what people are trying to say and can understand, I think the grammar is okay. I am not very good with grammer either in certain areas and most of it has to do with reading comprehension. This is not school or on a job. If we are not getting graded for what we are writing, tested on, at a job, then I don't think it matters. I don't think much of us even care about our grammer much on message boards. There are so many boards that have slang writing, misspellings, and everything else. I may have even misspelled a word or a fragment in this post too.

Because you have a learning disability, right?

I workout from 20-60 minutes, 3-4X per week. Don't give a hoot about gaining muscle, just strength, strength-endurance and anaerobic conditioning.

Yes and we all should be treated the same. I believe in fairness.

My parents don't think I have one, but I know I do and I struggle. I just keep everything inside of me and try to be a normal person like everyone else and want to be in regular classes like everyone else. I always have to study at least twice as hard and look up things on the internet to understand a word more and try to visualize it in order to understand it and get it in my brain ready for a test. I love learning, but I hate being tested and having to spend so much time trying to understand even one term or whatever. I was added to the special education program when entering college, but I wanted out of it because of my experience in high school. I was always picked on and people talk about me behind my back and everything. In College, I wanted all that erased.

But anyways, lets not talk about that in this thread. It's not what the thread is about. If you want to talk about it, just PM me Bliss or ninja or anyone else that wants to know anything.
