You run around and you pick it up anywhere you see it. Good core training!

Umm what the heck? lol. The person may be messing with your mind because that is not even a training name. All I can think of for Dogccrapp training is like what the the poster above said. I even searched google and found nothing.

I actually like it for BB/size purposes.

Its simple, you do compound lifts, heavy as hell, one rest-paused workset for most things. Eats lots of food, and grow.

So, Frank, what you are saying is that the workout part is easy to come up with. The tough part is finding a catchy title to market it.

I think I will put together a good old fashioned 3 x 10 isolation workout and call it the Nut Kicker. Ya think people will flock to it?

The guy that came up with it actually started posting on forums as "doggcrapp".

I could've sworn I posted a link to it, or at least to a discussion about it.

you need to spell it right to get lots of results...

There is 1 "c" in doggcrapp, and 2 "g's"

and there's the "EXTREME!" weighted stretch aspect to it as well.

it's funny this thread was started, because i've spent the last 2 days reading as many threads on doggcrapp training as i can.

Lots of powerlifters are doing this style of training for accessory stuff lately ive been seeing.

most people really dont have their recovery abililities in line enough to handle it, let alone the work ethic to push themselves to failure 3x per movement every workout.

The DOGG Pound - IntenseMuscle.com

Read the "Puppy Pound" for newbies
and
ALL the stickies

The name does not belay the intelligence behind the planning- tongue and cheek beginnings stuck

One of the finest methods of growth stimulation and fatigue management for me to date.

Extreme stretching protocols have leant themselves to minimize and eliminate the bulk of my stiffness and misallignments.

Big compounds such as squats, deads, bentover rows are done for straight set max

Underlying tenet is 2 way split, 3x/week . .goal is to continually beat the log book by one more rep, a couple pounds, etc. for an 8-122 wk blast . .then planned active rest ( a cruise) for 2 weeks.

you won't be sorry trying it if you've built a foundation on 5x5, etc.

Not for a beginner at all.

Cheers
M
