I had mens rec b-ball tonight (2 hours of full court b-ball, awsome cardio) and I couldn't fit in the lifting for turbulence traing for fat loss. I only got the squats and the pull ups in. is it alright if I lift tomarrow and friday, doing workouts B then A? BTW I am in week 3 of TT and its going great, loving the program. Just got to lock down on the clean eating.
