I have recently been doing some mobility work and also stretching daily and i have seen a great differance in my performance and i dont seem as stiff as i used to be!
Now for mobility work what are some good movements to try?I would like to try some scorpions as i hear they have many benefits however does anyone have a video of the moment that is the correct technique as i dont want to do it wrong?
Also i would love to buy the bill hartman and mike robertsons dvd however aint got the money i am basically looking for some good mobility work if anyone can point me in the right direction.
