It is easy just to make your own sled. Here is one that I built. The picture is halfway down the page.
Make some stuff!

Yea, second nanook's suggestion. You can get a free old tire from a tire place, shop, or garage. Some plywood for the bottom to keep in the plates, eyebolt with a washer and nut, and a carabiner and you're done. You can use rope and tie a double bowline to make shoulder loops or buy a weightlifting belt and attach the rope to that.

I say to find/use an old wheelbarrow (or buy a cheap, metal one) and take off all the handles and wheels. Put a couple of eyebolts through the front to attach a rope or straps, toss stuff in the back, and go.

Tires are a pain. They fill up with water that you can never get out, they leave black crap everywhere, rip up the grass, you have to put small heavy things in them (like plates), and you can't give people rides in them.

Wheelbarrows are easy to dry out, cleaner, they don't tear up the grass, and you can put anything you find in them for weight (like sandbags, kids, pets, rocks, weights, etc.).

I have used to sleds to increase "start speed" and changed it up to improve acceleration speed.

Definitely make one if you can. Otherwise order online from a decent source like perform better or power systems. You may be able to google the equipment location. You can check with local schools or colleges that have football or rugby programs.

My athletes perform numerous movements using a sled

I would suggest you visit EliteFTS - Powerlifting and Strength Training Products and Knowledge for Lifters, Athletes, Coaches, and Trainers
to purchase a sled

Refer to this article for sled training
There are a bunch of different sled training movements featured
