Default Substitute for Dips

I'm training at home this week and need a substitute for dips because I don't have a dip station. For the life of me, I can't think of a suitable substitute.

All thoughts are welcome.

You could do bench dips. Put two benches together and place your palms on one and your feet on another with a weight plate (if needed) on your lap and dip away.

Decline bench press. At last years Summit Bill Hartman blamed his shoulder problems on bench dips. When Bill talks I listen.

You can also do dips if in you kitchen you have a counter that corners. Or if you can find outside two rocks near enough that you can do dips off them. Be creative :-)

Yep, my old gym had no dip bars so I used 2 chairs.

Yeah, I guess pushups on chairs. If you do feet behind and arms elevated on two chairs it's less resistance and less shoulder pressure.

ditto X3. Dips seem to cause alot of impingement in my case. Bench dips being the worse of the lot. It's not something you might notice at 18 or 21 but it will find it's way back to haunt you later.
