Don't worry Bill, I have paged through all of them but Science and Practice is the first one I am reading. I am on Chapter 3 and it feels kind of like I am walking through a fog evertime I open the book. Its about the longest 50 pages of my life, but I think I am getting it.

Bill, I think you might really like Core Performance, if you haven't got to check it out yet, it goes over some of the same stuff we talked about at the retreat. My biggest compaint is that I kind of wanted to go hug puppies after reading it. It was a bit to "self help" and pastel for my tastes.

Jake, I will check those other books out eventually, and yeah, that is me with three hot girls, its a couple of my good friends from my previous college.

Kasier, The scaled doesn't show much muscle gain since the last time I put up picks, but I think I look a lot thicker so who knows.

I am suprised I didn't get crap from anyone for the Burger King box in the backround.

GQ, the keg isn't full in the pic, it is still empty now, but if I have time to fill and use it this summer, I am going to do it. I had a post at rugged about filling it and I got some good responses. It was pretty fun to snatch and carry it and stuff. Made for a good time.

The girl on the right is pretty hot, thats actually a pretty bad pic of her, unfortunatly she has a boyfriend and is about 4 hours away from me right now.
