Hope this isn't too long-winded. I appreciate any suggestions.

I have 30 minutes every morning to work out at home, so I work my abs for 15 minutes and then arms (M/Th) or legs (T/F). I use dumbells to go through these exercises, and I have slowly been getting stronger and more fit.

This has been my routine for 5 weeks. During that time, I have increased the intensity of the workouts by going faster and harder, and using heavier weights.

I want to up the intensity once again, so I thought that I might add an intense workout in the evenings. Again, it would be arms on M/TH and Legs on T/F.

Can anyone tell me if adding a workout in the evening will do my body any good? Or, should I forget the morning workout (or just keep the abs), and do my weighted workout only in the evenings?

I should mention that right now, all I have are dumbells. I have a flat/incline/decline bench coming, and I plan to save up for the Powerblocks (?).

Any advice? Losing fat is my top goal right now.

Thanks in advance.

Two-a-days are not optimal for cutting, you should hit up frequent lower volume workouts and decrease your caloric intake (unless youre eating water and a crouton, in which case you should eat more.). Youre going to need to get access to some decent heavy equipment if you want to reach your goals.
