Question

Just going to start RR&D, v2 and have a couple of questions. 1. Are the two exercises in each routine to be done as straight sets or supersets? I'm thinking straight sets, but not sure. 2. What rest period would be appropriate between sets? 60-90 secs? Thanks. - Rob

K,

supersets, with a casual rest between each exercise. In this case, casual means under 60 secs.

Rest 90 - 120 secs between supersets.

They are not straight sets, or supersets. They are alternating sets.

So, do Ex a1, rest 1 min, Ex a2, rest 1 min, ex a1, rest ...
