Last night I watched a show on Discovery Channel that was pretty interesting. It was called The Human Popsicle. Lynn Cox doesn't look like an athlete. She has very high body fat but works out very hard with a trainer for years. She is a distance swimmer that specializes in cold water swimming. He is thie link for the nest time it will be on. I found it very interesting from both a fitness aspect and the adaptability of the human body.
