Phase IV- how heavy to go??
Hi.
In Phase 3, I used wave training as stated in the book, moving up to a new 2rm after every workout.
I can't find any info in the book as to how heavy to take the loads in phase 4. 80% of 1rm? 60%?? Any pointers? What did you guys use? What about progression as/if you get stronger? Same as Phase 3?
