Default More chest!

Hey guys! Long time no see. Well I'm just checking in, and I also got a question here. Well it's been a long time since I've worked out but I've been slowly getting back into it (I did use to weigh 185lbs, but I lost 10lbs probably 8lbs of that was muscle). Even when I was bulking my chest seemed to be lacking. I'd like to pack on more chest muscle since I know from experience my arms and shoulders respond more quickly than my chest.

Anyone know some good exercises or routines I could do to pack on more chest muscle? I was thinking db bench press and chest flyes (balance it out with rows and rear lateral raises of course).

Neck presses hit the chest well.

They're just bench presses, except you lower the bar to your neck and flare your elbows out.

Make sure you have a spotter for these.

The actual exercises shouldn't matter all that much. To train towards hypertrophy you should aim for 6-12 reps per set... Push yourself to the max during the sets. Doing sets less then 6 will increase your strength but are not ideal for hypertrophy. Same goes for sets greater than 12 as these are aimed for endurance. Oh yea and make sure you EAT!

Try out fly on rings, I bet you will have a sore chest the next couple days.

Xercise Factor - Flys on rings

If it is too hard to do it on your toes, go to you knees, it is a very hard move.
