Help, I think something's wrong!

Hey guys, I got a problem and wasn't too sure what to do.

A few months ago I started Adam's Diet, and changed around my 4 day lifting routine. I have been really strict on my diet, which is easy because the diet is really easy to follow. My problem is that I am starting to get these large bumps on my stomach. I have been working out for a few years now and I never had them before. I have also asked around at work, and no one here had ever had them before.

Should I go to the doctor?

If you're serious and not talking about abdominal muscles it could be a hernia, in which case you should see a doc.

My twin was a tool -- all he did was pinch me and burp loudly when I was in important business meetings.

I went ahead and had him excised, along with my inner child. Not sure if it took, though, because I'm getting the urge to play video games again.

Don't get me wrong though, my abs didn't start showing up from the workout. They came from my kitchen.
