Hi, and welcome to the forum.
I have not read the new book, but am a fan of Ian's programs. I completed a year of his Book of Muscle workouts and really enjoyed the pain.

Thankyou for the reply Mahler

Yeah i have that book too but didnt do the workouts for a year only for about 5months then did some boris sheiko powerlifting stuff.

I have all the get buffed books and enjoyed the workouts however never heard any reviews from it yet however ians work is always of the highest standards.

Apparently this is for the average guy who trains like a professional athlete so i am kind of looking forward to recieving it however its going to take 7-14days as its from oz to the u.k

Again thankyou for the reply

I had the first one and enjoyed it, but I'm not sure if the changes would be worth purchasing a newer edition.

I just received this book yesterday along w/ my NROL 4W. I'm glad you enjoyed the Book of Muscle. I haven't looked at all the workouts yet, but I think I'm going to point my hubby in this direction.

The style of training ian king prescribes is unique, never did that stuff before reading the book of muscle.Getbuffed books have the same kind of outline.

Havent got NROL as it didnt tickle my fancy at the moment however might buy it next time i need some material as havent really read any material from AC

I completed the hypertrophy program in the first NROL. I really liked the workouts! They kicked my butt! I was very impressed with the book and reference it all the time.

I started reading NROL 4W, but have not finished. I am most likely going to start the program Monday. I've been slacking big time over the holidays. I haven't been in about 10 days!! YIKES! Oh well, I'm hoping the newbie invasion will settle down once everyone goes back to work next week!!
