Hm... I think I like it. I do have a few questions. Are "superpeople" the same as supermans? Why are you throwing your arms some extra there? You may not be hitting your core exercises hard enough if you have all that energy left over for curls and extensions. I like that it's full body. You don't necessarily have to do abs in every workout. It won't speed you up to a six-pack.

Obviously you shouldn't stick to this too long. How long a phase do you plan to do with this program?

The BO rows and sumo deads may be a little too much on your lumbar region when done back to back like that (depending on your form I guess). My natural instinct since you left out hammies on those days is to replace the DLs with heavy lunges.

yeah, it looks good. But I think your workout will take forever will all those 5x5 rep schemes.
Also drop those arm exercises, they aren't as neccesary as you think.

If strength is your priority, the 5 X 5 scheme is good, but like others said, maybe trim a couple out or you're looking at a long day in the gym. Also, if you're concentrating on strength, ditch the arm isolation moves. I'm not in the camp that's totally against them, they have their time and place, but not in a stregth prioritized program. That should also free up more time for your 5 X 5 re scheme.

my $.02

Yes I believe they are the same as supermans.

I will drop the arm exercises and add some hamm work for the first and third day. Do you think doing deadlifts and BO rows on the same day is bad if I don't do them right after the other? I enjoy the deadlifts, they really give my lower back some relief!

I'm not trying to get a six pack faster ;p, I'm a loooooong way from that. I was just trying to strengthen up my mid section to help out with my lower back pain and posture.

The plan was to do this for a month. Sorry for the noob questions, but what does circuit style mean?

Thanks a lot for the feedback!

circuit style would mean doing one set of each exercise in a row with very little or no rest in between exercises, resting, then repeating for the desired amount of sets

I've got one more question about the 5 X 5 scheme...Should I do some warm-ups first, then perform the 5 sets at my 5 set max, or should my warm-up be included in the 5 sets? 200, 210, 220, 230 then 240 for the final set, or warm-up then all 5 sets be at 240? Thanks.

all the 5 sets should be the same weight, so 240 in this case.
For warmup you could do it like this: 6 reps at 50%, 4 reps at 70% and 2 reps at 90% of the weight you are going to use. After that you do your 5 working sets.
