Well, this morning was the first workout after the retreat. I must say that my head is still spinning from all the information. I just hope to retain at least 5% of it.
However, I did manage to remember the bench press. Feet flat and back, shoulders down, elbows at about 45 degrees. Because I remember this, I was able to lift about 20 more pounds. (And no, that does not include the weight of my arms.)
Now, I just need to go back and try to figure out how to build my workout.
