Ok, since there're so many professionals here (JP, Bill, Dking, Alwyn, Adam, Lou, Dos, Chris, etc), again, i'd love to ask u guys some advices. I need a workout program for my wife. When guys ask me for workout programs, i can recommend alot to them. But for females, i completely have no idea, since they probably focus on different things (lower body? thighs?) than males. My wife's currently doing Turbulence Training, starting today, but the program's only for 4 weeks. She's tried Body For Life program before this. So, i'm really thankful if anyone can suggest the best workout programs for females. Her goal is to put on more muscle mass, maintain the muscle mass, losing more fat, & getting toned (but not as ripped as Rachel Cosgrove , that's very hard to attain she said). A long term program would be the best. For everyone who has answered my plead: thank u!
I got mentioned before Alwyn, Adam, Lou, and Dos! hahaha Take that guys!
Sorry, had to get that out of my system. I would train a female the same way I would treat a male. Except for a few small differences they are about the same in terms of muscle and all that. Where they store and lose fat is a bit different but the overall plan is the same. You have been around here long enough to know that a person can't spot reduce so the exact places they need to drop fat are not that important. Here is a great article by Christian Thib: http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=459296
That should answer most questions you have and then its just finding a routine she likes. You know where to find those. T-mag, rugged, Mens Health...

Dood, u'r gonna make my topic got neglected by them !!
Anyway, thanks, Danny.. that helps . I'll let my wife read that, & still i'm greedy .. i want more words from u & others too if u all still have something else, lol .
Hey, Craig.. u'r here too !! I've checked on Rachel's site. I haven't gone on details, yet, so i haven't been able to find whether there's a workout programs there or not. I'm gonna check on grrAthlete, now. Thanx, man!
CB: Do you consider females and males to have the same training needs? Do you consider older people and younger people to have the same training needs?
LS: I've never trained women or tried to reach them as an audience, but the research I've seen shows me women should be training more like men. Heavier weights, fewer reps, more difficult lifts. (Of course, a lot of men should be training more like men, too, in my opinion.)
My wife wants me to help her create her own routine but the biggest obstacle so far is that she only likes to do certain things and, if she's not done it before or not familiar with it, it probably won't make it on her list. Plus, she's stubborn so I won't likely convince her to try new things... but I'll try anyway.
Q I know the feeling. My ex girlfriend was like that. She would ask me for help with a routine but then would only want to run or use the cardio machines. Damn that was frustrating.

It'll also require your wife to become a hungry, carb-deprived bitch who wants to kill you. Trust me.
For a workout program check out the shapeshift program and/or the female strength and conditioning program that you can pick up from ym site, Rachel's site, Bill's site, or Craig's site (we all collaborated on the book) - I just wanted to mention everywhere they are available so it didn't sound like a sales pitch.
Q & Dking, my wife has finally started doing compound lifts with freeweights! That's because Turbulence Training doesn't use any machines . The interval training almost made her threw up because she'd only done steady-pace cardios for all this time.
Alwyn, it's that bad, eh? I've checked on the Shapeshift. So, the payment can only be done either with a check or credit card, eh? The Shapeshift itself will come in a form of an e-file?
I've read a ton of the articles that have been recommended here and abroad at various times and they all say that women should train no differently than men with almost no exception.
With that being said then a woman could do HGM as a program and obtain good results.
I'm looking for a, "Yes you've got it. Now go get her started." or a "No you've missed a point. Let me tell you why."

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

You can send cash if you want Or do a paypal transfer.
The ebook is emailed immediately when your order is processed.
I don't know how Paypal works since we don't really buy anything online here in Indonesia . But i'll be checking it out. I even had to go through so many troubles just to get Home Workout Bible, TAP, & Book of Muscle, before. I had to pre-order them from one of the bookstore. It costed me 25% more expensive. Not to mention the long waiting.
