well anyways im tryign to get into HST but theres so many questions.
1. does the calculator figure otu everything or do I need to do more? if so what?
2. I know this must sound dumb but what does Inc on the calculator stand for Incline?

The calculator figures out the weight progression once you have all of your maxes and everything.
Inc stands for increment.
