Default Wave Loading Help!

I am trying to do a work out that requires wave loading. I am a total newbie to weight training, been lifting for 6 weeks, pretty regular program and have had good results, but can't lift alot.
The program says to do 2 waves, 4/3/2... but doesn't explain much as far as weight. My 1RM is about 130lbs (stop laughing). What should the weights for the 2 waves look like?

Also, it says to do 4 warm up sets starting with the bar. I can only lift the bar plus 2 plates - so my warm up set is pretty much going to look like my wave set isn't it?

Sorry for such a lame question, the book I am using was not well written and makes alot of assumptions - but I can tell the program produces results if I can translate it. I am really committed to finishing this program but close to dropping it if I can't figure this out.

My advice would be to experiment and find a weight that you can lift 5 times, no more. Use that for your 4 rep set, then add 5 pounds for each of the next sets. Now, someone smarter than me is likely going to come along and ask why your are wave loading after only 6 weeks of lifting? At this time you may be better off doing 3 sets of 8-12 reps until you develop a better strength base.

I'd suggest finding a new program and not doing all this complicated guru-magic before you have any need for it. Six weeks of lifting is not enough time to worry about wave loading.
