Default Losing body fat %

I have been trying to get my body fat % to less than 5%... I am about to start a harder workout and what to know if there is a correlation between eating more calories and doing more cardio to offset the calories and still losing body fat?

I just want to keep losing it for a little bit. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

you should probably read "G-flux" by Dr. Berardi......he discusses the very thing you are talking about.

Cutting calories reduces metabolism. Increasing calories raises metabolism. It's better to reduce the calories a little bit under your maintenance and increase your activity A LOT. This will keep your metabolism high whilst remaining in a calorie deficit.

I second what silver surfer said.

from the "products" section in the signature link:
on "Multi-gyms"
Quote:
Getting home gym equipment and setting up a gym that can meet your requirements is one of the ideal solutions and it surely works. This equipment can be used as a complete leverage home gym. This equipment is a three station system.
English grammar anyone?
on Treadmills:
Quote:
The treadmill moves as you walk, so that you can walk in the same spot. This makes it easier to walk at home, instead of leaving the house to get some walking exercise. In the fast and modern life this product will act as a good exercise option for you.
