I have looked through the internet to try and find a workout program for my 13 year old son. He is interested in lifting weights and I don't want him doing the wrong types of lifting together and also too much. This is something he wants to do and we're not hoping he turns into Mr. Universe but we'd like to promote any form of excersize. If someone happens to know of what sets to do, how often, how much, etc. If anyone can provide a link or a suggestion it'd be appreciated
